Crafted in-house with the highest attention to detail, Stiefel’s Select High Rye Straight Bourbon is carefully matured for over four years in new, heavy charred American oak barrels, in the unique climate of the Pacific Northwest.

Tasting Notes:

Nose
Notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak with a subtle hint of rye spice.

Palate
Rich and full-bodied with flavors of honey, toasted oak, and baking spices. The high rye content provides a subtle spiciness that lingers on the tongue.

Finish
Long and warming with a touch of sweetness and spice. The flavors of the charred oak barrel come through strongly, adding depth and complexity to the finish.
