The nose start with an intense and savory notes of raisins, apple cider, dark chocolate, and toffee spices. There’s also some kind of caramel and nutty aroma that you can pick up with a dash of water. The pallet contains deep woody notes, lavender and honey and a touch of palm sugar and vanilla. Caramel lined with pine and tropical fruits. Although the Abv is high it doesn’t burn. Nice smooth and oily mouthfeel. The finish is short and abrupt, with sea salt caramel notes lingering for a prolonged period of time.
